ONLINE ORDERING THROUGH E-COMMERCE

SHOE RETURNS

Exchanges for shoes will not be accepted, as they are specially ordered in the color and size of your choice.

NON-RECEIPT OF PRODUCT

If the customer does not receive the products within 20 days, they must contact the company as soon as possible to either receive a refund for the order or have the order resent.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Once you notify the company of your return request, and after we receive the returned product (and thoroughly inspect it to confirm the defect), you will be informed within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a replacement.

In the case of a return, exchange, or replacement due to the proven shipment of a defective product, the return of the defective item and the shipping of the new product will be at no cost to the customer.

PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL

You may exercise your right of withdrawal no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the product from the courier company. To exercise this right, the product must not have been used, must be in the same excellent condition as received, without any defects, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all necessary documents.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the return of the goods will be at the customer's expense. The refund process will be carried out using the same payment method (credit card or bank transfer to an account you specify if the purchase was made via cash on delivery) and will be completed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of product return.
